The MURPH CHALLENGE
This is a free event open to everyone including non-members. There will be food, a DJ, outdoor fitness and more for the whole family. The Murph is a workout that is done in honor of our fallen heroes on Memorial Day. This event is something that will be done at gyms around the country and we are proud to be the Official Sponsor gym in Norfolk!
